General Information:

NU Darfur Action Coalition is a student-driven movement to advocate and take action against genocide. Since our inception in 2004, we have focused on pushing locally for national legislation to stop genocide in Darfur. We are committed to genocide awareness and education in our current projects and are always looking for new, innovative ways to get the NU community involved.

MISSION: We are dedicated to raising the Northwestern community's awareness on the genocide in Darfur, Sudan, US legislation to stop it, and encouraging discourse on modern genocide.

VISION: NUDAC imagines a world without genocide, where every nation acts on its responsibility to protect its citizens and where the international community works to ensure that responsibility is fulfilled when and if a nation fails to protect its people.
